These terms govern your use of TVaider (the "Service"), a hosted software service that parses IPTV playlists, checks stream availability, reads programme guides, inspects stream manifests, resolves video page URLs to their media manifests, and delivers channel lists that you or TVaider have configured. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
TVaider provides technical functionality. It does not own, produce or license television programming. Channel lists delivered through the Service consist of links configured by the account holder or by TVaider from sources that the configuring party represents it is entitled to use. You are responsible for holding the rights or permissions needed for any content you add, request, relay or distribute through the Service.
You must give accurate details and keep your password and API key confidential. A subscription is personal to you. Your plan states how many devices may play at the same time; the Service enforces this automatically, and a newer device replaces the oldest active one. Sharing your key or playlist link with other people is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension without refund.
Prices are shown in the portal in TVaider's billing currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Plans run for the period shown and do not renew automatically; access stops at the end of the period unless you pay again. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example Paystack or Flutterwave); we never see your card number. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
API plans include a daily request quota and a per-minute rate limit. Playback plans are intended for normal personal viewing. We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that place unreasonable load on the Service, attempt to circumvent device limits or signatures, or use the Service for anything prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Third-party streams can stop, move or be geo-restricted at any time. The Service checks channels regularly and hides ones that failed the last check, but we do not guarantee that any particular channel, stream or page will be available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the portal where practical.
We respond to notices from rights holders. If a channel or link is the subject of a valid notice we remove it from every list on the Service, usually within two business days. Repeat submitters of infringing sources lose their accounts. See Copyright notices.
You keep ownership of playlists and configuration you upload. You grant TVaider a licence to store and process them solely to operate the Service. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tvaider.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or abuse. On termination for breach no refund is due.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVaider excludes all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the version number above changes when we do, and continued use after the change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the courts there have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
