What we collect

• Account data: email address, name if given, a salted hash of your password, the terms version you accepted and when.
• Usage data: counts of API calls, playback starts and bytes relayed per day, kept for billing and fair-use enforcement.
• Device data: for each device that plays through the Service we keep a fingerprint derived from the player's User-Agent and network address, a short device label, first and last seen times. This is what enforces your plan's device limit.
• Payment data: the reference, amount, currency and status returned by the payment provider. We never receive card numbers.
• Logs: standard server logs (addresses, paths, times) kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

Why

To provide the Service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure and enforce plan limits (legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations such as responding to copyright notices, and to bill you. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising.

Sharing

Payment providers (for example Paystack, Flutterwave) receive your email and the amount. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

Retention

Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Usage counters are kept for 13 months. Device records are deleted 90 days after the device was last seen. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@tvaider.com. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

Cookies

The portal sets one session cookie so you stay signed in. The console stores its preferences in your browser only. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
