TVaider is a technical service. If you are a rights holder or an agent and believe a channel, stream link or page reachable through the Service infringes your rights, send us a notice. Valid notices are actioned by removing the reported links from every list on the Service, normally within two business days, and repeat offenders lose their accounts. We follow the notice-and-takedown procedure of the Nigerian Copyright Act 2022 (section 54) and honour notices in the form set out by 17 U.S.C. §512(c).
If your channel was removed and you hold the rights, email abuse@tvaider.com with the notice number, evidence of your licence, and your contact details. We restore content when the counter-notice is valid unless the complainant starts legal proceedings within 10 business days.
