TVaider is infrastructure: a playlist parser, stream health checker, guide reader and playback relay. What flows through it is your responsibility. You may use the Service only for content you own, have licensed, or are otherwise permitted to access and distribute.
You must not
Add, relay, resell or distribute streams, channels or video pages that you do not have the right to use. Holding a consumer subscription to a broadcaster does not give you the right to redistribute its channels.
Circumvent access controls, DRM, geo-restrictions imposed by a rights holder, or the Service's own signatures and device limits.
Share your key or playlist link, run more simultaneous devices than your plan allows, or operate a reseller panel on top of a personal plan.
Use the page-to-stream resolver against websites whose terms prohibit automated access, or at a rate that harms them.
Upload malware, attempt to access other customers' data, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
Use the Service for anything unlawful in the Federal Republic of Nigeria or in the country you use it from.
What we do about it
We act on rights-holder notices by removing the reported links from every list, we log configuration changes, and we suspend accounts that repeatedly add infringing sources. Where the law requires, we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Content attestation
When you sign up, and every time you add a source, you confirm that you own or hold the necessary licences or permissions for that content. That confirmation is stored with your account together with the time and network address it came from.
